On R.U. (Raw & Unfiltered), Vol. 1, Nigerian Lyrically famed singer and song composer Ruger teams up with Pretoria’s MC Morena for a mind-blowing blockbuster tagged “Private Chef.”
The 2026 project is Nigerian at its core, but this track pulls in South African flavor through Morena, who comes from the Bacardi scene.
At 3:21, “Private Chef” is among the longest songs on the 6-track tape. And with only three guests across the whole project, Morena’s feature feels like a big one.
It’s not the only SA moment either. Musa Keys and Young Stunna also link up elsewhere on the project. Together, those features give Ruger’s Nigerian-led album a clear South African touch.
